Lunts Cottage 1800's CARRIAGE HOUSE WITH A MODERN FLAIR This 1800's Brown's Wharf Carriage House overlooking beautiful Boothbay Harbor is the hideaway you've always dreamed about. It's atmosphere - cheerful and comfortable - is the way life should be. The living room in the Carriage House is cozy and homey. Antique furnishings rest on finished barnboard floors. Post and beam architecture invites sunshine into floor-to- (Cathedral)-ceiling windows. Attractive lamps and notable artifacts adorn this rustic room and loft. Relax! Watch television, enjoy the fireplace, or read from one of the many titles contained in the built-in book case. Ride on the free trolley around the area, or walk to the marina and restaurant only 200 feet away. The Carriage House has a modern kitchen as well as three bedrooms containing a total of five double, and one King-Sized beds. The master bedroom is equipped with a King-Sized bed, a bathroom, and large closet. Entertain
your guests on the Carriage House's roomy deck (a gas grill is
provided for your use) while enjoying the breathtaking view of
Boothbay Harbor, or engage in an outdoor sport in the back yard,
spacious enough for games such as Volleyball. |
