 A Vintage Carriage House with Today's Comforts!

Brown's Wharf Carriage House was built in the 1800s and features commanding views of Boothbay Harbor and all its activity. It's a gem of a "hideaway" yet is cheerful, bright and comfortable -- just what you've been looking for!

The living room is charming and comfortable with finished barnboard floors and antique furnishings, lamps, and artifacts, and the post-and-beam construction and cathedral ceiling windows invite plenty of natural sunlight. Relax and watch television, enjoy the cozy fireplace, or pick out one of the many titles in the built-in bookcase. It's just a short drive (or 20-minute walk) into downtown Boothbay Harbor for shopping, dining, galleries, and boat tours, and our motel and marina are just 200 feet from your door.

The Carriage House features a modern kitchen along with three bedrooms offering a total of four Double beds, one Queen, and one King bed. The master bedroom has a King bed, private bathroom, and a spacious closet.

The Carriage house's roomy outdoor deck, with gas grill provided, is perfect for entertaining family and friends with breathtaking views of the harbor and all its boating and lobstering activity.
